Discovering Arizona: Your Ultimate Road Trip Itinerary

Planning a road trip can feel overwhelming, especially in a new destination. But fear not! You're in the right place to discover a road trip guide that you can tailor to your preferences.

A must-visit attraction here is the Desert Botanical Garden. This isn't your typical botanical garden, especially if you're used to tropical or subtropical ones. There are so many unique cacti and plants that you probably didn't even know existed! I was in awe the entire time and had a new appreciation for the desert.
Customization Option: Decide how long you'd like to spend in Phoenix. Personally, I opted to explore Phoenix for just the day before heading to my hotel in Flagstaff. However, you can extend your stay in Phoenix if you wish to explore more or prefer to avoid a lengthy drive on your first night.
Second Stop: Flagstaff, AZ (or Williams, AZ)

• Enjoy complimentary breakfast each morning, and conveniently located in the same parking lot is an excellent restaurant—a perfect option after a day of driving and exploring.

• My spacious, clean, and modern king-size room was so comfortable!

Customization Option: Choose your anchor city wisely. Depending on your preferences for affordability and daily driving distance, you can select a different anchor city to suit your needs.

Third Stop: Grand Canyon South Rim
Exploring Antelope Canyon requires booking a tour with the Navajo tribe, offering not only a chance to witness a natural wonder but also an opportunity to support a marginalized community.
Meanwhile, Horseshoe Bend is a quick yet awe-inspiring stop, allowing you to admire the unique horseshoe-shaped bend in the Colorado River, capture some cute pics, and then continue on to your next adventure.
Last Stop: Explore Utah or Fly Home
Page is conveniently located just 30 minutes from the Utah border, making it an ideal starting point for a road trip adventure through Utah. This route not only brings you closer to the Las Vegas airport but also allows you to make the most of your trip.

Alternatively, you can opt to return to your anchor city and catch your flight from the Phoenix airport the next day. The choice is yours!
